Quidsi reserves the right to change or cancel AutoShip promotions and the criteria used to determine eligibility for such AutoShip promotions at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, regardless of whether you have a current AutoShip subscription. Valid on max 5 diaper items and 5 formula items per household.

How To Shop

There are 2 ways to get started with AutoShip:

  1. Products that are eligible for AutoShip will display a button on the product page. Simply click this button to add the product to a new or existing AutoShip order. Then follow the guided steps to set up your delivery schedule, designate a shipping address, and payment.

  2. We've added an option at the top of the screen called Easy Reorder. Select the AutoShip for Recurring Orders option to launch into the AutoShip setup. From here, you can browse for items to add to your AutoShip.

How do I manage my AutoShip order?

On the top of your browser screen, click on Easy Reorder -> AutoShip for Recurring Orders, where you can add/remove items, adjust delivery dates, activate ecoupons or enter promotional codes, and toss in one-time items to avoid additional shipping costs.


Are all products on your sites eligible for AutoShip?

We've selected the most commonly re-ordered products across our sites and made them eligible for AutoShip - and we're always adding more. While not all products are eligible for Autoship, you can add thousands of items from Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com, BeautyBar.com and VineMarket.com to your AutoShip orders.


Are AutoShip orders eligible for free shipping?

Any AutoShip order of $49 or more is eligible for free shipping.


Can I use promo codes and ecoupons in AutoShip?

You can apply applicable ecoupons and promo codes when you confirm your AutoShip order. In the "Payment" section of checkout, enter promo codes in the "Promotion / Savings Code" box, and the promotion discount will be applied to your order. Only promo codes that are active at the time your order ships will be applied.


What if an item in my AutoShip order goes out of stock?

If any of the items in your AutoShip order go out of stock, we'll email you before your order ships. Once an out-of-stock item becomes available, it will be shipped with your next-scheduled AutoShip delivery. You also have the option to order the re-stocked item before your next AutoShip delivery, and shipping's on us!


Can I return AutoShip items?

The AutoShip return policy is the same as all our sites. You can return a product within 365 days of the sale date and we'll issue a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.


Can I set up multiple AutoShip orders?

You can schedule up to 2 different AutoShip orders, because you may not run out of dog food at the same rate as dish soap.


Can I change my AutoShip order?

With the exception of a "Ship it Now" order, you can change your AutoShip order at any time up until 11 p.m. ET the day before your order ships. We'll send you a final confirmation email, reminding you that it's your last chance to change your upcoming AutoShip order. If you choose "Ship it Now" for your first delivery, your order will be processed immediately and no changes can be made after you have set up this order.


What if I want to skip an AutoShip delivery?

Just hit the 'Skip Next AutoShip Order' button on your order details page. Your AutoShip schedule will return to normal after the delivery you select is skipped.


Can I cancel my AutoShip order?

You can cancel your AutoShip order at any time, and there's no fee. Just hit the 'Turn AutoShip Off' button on your Manage Order page. You can also turn your AutoShip orders back on at any time.


Can I manage my AutoShip order through my mobile or tablet device (eg. iPad, iPhone, etc)?

At this time, the AutoShip program is not accessible through mobile or tablet devices. AutoShip orders must be created and managed through a desktop or laptop web browser.


Are all addresses eligible for AutoShip?

AutoShip delivery excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses.
