    BEST Whole Wheat Flour!

    I've tried other whole wheat regular and pastry flours, and this is by-far the absolute BEST! No gritty texture or bitter flavor. Finally, I have found a whole wheat flour that makes baked goods taste comprable to de-germed flour.
