Comments about Blueberry & Apple Tiny Fruits:

My daughter started eating these around 8 months when her little pincer grasp was developing. I felt better giving her these then cheerios or other cereal. I knew she was ready when she was crawling around trying to put every tiny thing on the ground in her mouth. We did BLW with our daughter so I was not afraid of choking. And I'm pretty sure they are probably too tiny to block any airway. Although if your baby is not use to solid solid food they may gag on these. My daughter has no teeth and has not had any issues at all with these. In fact, I just got on the internet to purchase a few more packs of different flavors. I stick them in the diaper bag so we have a snack while we are out. I also eat some too ;) Oh and if you were really trying to find a negative. The blueberries are messy! But so are fresh berries.

This is my 20 month old daughter's favorite snack! She loves the blueberries and I find that they are easier for her to grab than the tiny wild blueberries that some other brands carry. They are healthy and easy to grab on the go. Much better than snacking on crackers!

            Choking Hazard Blueberries

            By Mommy in WA

            from Redmond, WA

Comments about Blueberry & Apple Tiny Fruits:

My 10 month old son does not like this particular flavor. He is constantly taking these out of his mouth and throwing them on the floor. The blueberries are tasteless compared to their other fruits. My biggest complaint is that many of the blueberries are rather large and hard - they do not dissolve or soften in your mouth easily. I think these could be a choking hazard for his age range. I wish they had used wild blueberries (the small ones) instead. He mildly enjoys the apple banana flavor and loves the pineapple mango flavor though.
