Comments about Nature's Variety Instinct Chicken Diet:

I received my items even before the estimated date. I think I must have received a bag from an inferior lot because my 2 cats wouldn't touch it. Tried 3 times. I went to a local store to purchase the same food and my cats ate the NV food ravenously. But not the new bag from Wag.com. I emailed Wag asking what I can do about the situation and they credited my account quickly and I am so relieved. I will only use WAG.COM from this day forward for my online pet needs. I know they care about the customer and I feel secure in my purchasing through them! Thank you! Also, NV Instinct Dry Cat food is amazing!

This is a food that is healthy and for all life stages. I have 5 cats ranging from kittens to a 19 year old senior and all of them eat it without any unpleasant side effects that I have had from previous foods.

          Comments about Instinct Chicken Diet:

This product is not full of harmful high carbohydrate proteins like peas, rice, wheat, corn, etc. contains no harmful gluten. The carbohydrate content is 9% ( per company rep) the lowest I could find in my research of dry kibble. A high carbohydrate diet is dangerous to the health of our pets. Protein content is 49%. Company rep stated food is not sourced or manufactured in China. I feed this product in combination with a raw food to my cats.

            Comments about Instinct Chicken Diet:

I have 2 cats who are almost 3 years old. The girl is naturally thin and healthy, my boy was a little (okay 3 pounds) overweight the last time I took them to the vet. They are both grazers, so I don't have a good way to ration each of their food seperately. My vet suggested that I switch them to a high protein food and recommended either this or EVO, I chose the Nature's Variety because it has the highest protein content for the price.

It has only been about 6 months but I can already see a difference in my boy's physique. He's lost the "buddha belly" that he's had since he was a kitten and he has a lot more energy these days. Also, as an added bonus, every time someone comes over and pets them they comment on how soft their coats are.

Comments about Nature's Variety Instinct Chicken Diet:

I would rather feed my cats wet food, as it gives them more water intake. But one of my cats snubs this theory. As a happy medium, i feed my two cats a bowl full of this food, along with a bowl full of wet food. We all win, and my picky cat enjoys both. Their coats are glistening, they do not throw up, and they excitedly greet both bowls. The dry food lasts quite a long tine as well which keeps my wallet happy!
