thinkbaby Sunscreen - SPF 50 - 3 oz

thinkbaby Sunscreen - SPF 50 - 3 oz, is one of the most highly effective, and most water resistant baby sunscreens available. It's also one of the few that's not packed with questionable ingredients. You can trust your baby's delicate, sensitive skin to thinkbaby. Unlike the majority of sunscreens on the market, which are full of potentially harmful ingredients, this sunscreen uses the power of natural ingredients like raspberry seed oil and non-nano zinc oxide to create a physical barrier and protect your baby's skin from sun damage. You won't find any chemical sunscreens in this product, because what's the point of high-level sun protection if it's ingredients might make you sick? thinkbaby and thinksport are on a mission to provide safe and effective products that won't cause you and your family any health problems. They are working specifically to identify products that typically contain high levels of hormone disruptors and carcinogens, like sunscreen, and to create safe alternatives. Many people do not realize that sunscreen doesn't just sit on the surface of your skin. Studies show that the ingredients found in chemical sunscreens can be detected in the bloodstream. This means whatever we put on our bodies, we also put in our bodies. This sunscreen also meets Diapers.com's tough natural standard. That means this sunscreen is made primarily of plant-based, naturally-derived and non-petroleum ingredients, pure essential oils and gentle preservatives. It does not contain any substances on Diapers.com's Banned Ingredient List. So don't leave your baby's skin unprotected because you're worried about chemicals or harmful ingredients. Make a smart choice like thinkbaby sunscreen in SPF 50. Your baby's skin will stay burn free and will enjoy the benefits of soothing aloe vera, moisturizing glycerin, nourishing sunflower oil, jojoba oil, and olive oil, and many more 100% baby-safe ingredients. You might even start using this sunscreen on yourself.

Safest and easiest to apply

    Comments about Sunscreen - SPF 50 - 3 oz:

Limiting our options to susncreens approved by EWG (Environmental Working Group) we tried at least a half dozen different brands including Badger. We also tried the face sticks and found that Badger products in general are very thick and grainy and difficult to apply. Not so with Think Baby! We love that Think Baby is free of oxybenzone and other toxic absorbable chemicals. But the best part is how smoothly it goes on. I don't understand why other companies cannot achieve this with zinc and titanium based products. Also, my boys don't mind the smell of this one. It's a bit sweet/tropical, maybe a bit of banana. They HATED the smell of JASONs!!! even though I kind of liked it.

        Comments about Sunscreen - SPF 50 - 3 oz:

This sunscreen goes on smoothely and stays on; plus it well reviewed by the Environmental Working Group regarding what chemicals it includes and how they affect your skin and body. That combination has been difficult to find, so I'm sticking with this sunscreen even though it's expensive.

        Best sunscreen for everyday use

        By Toddler parents

        from Los Angeles

        Pros

        • Good protection
        • No harmful chemicals
        • Smooth
        • Washes off easily

        Cons

        • Not that waterproof

        Best Uses

        • Everyday

        Comments about Sunscreen - SPF 50 - 3 oz:

We've tried just about all the baby sunscreens on the market and for everyday use this is the best one out there. Where some other sunscreens are lumpy or thick, this one spreads on smoothly, washes off easily and is also SPF 50, where many others have a lower SPF. Also, it gets good ratings on the Environmental Working Group's Cosmetics Database, so you can rest assured there are no (known) harmful chemicals, which seems to be a significant issue with many other products. If you are looking for a sunscreen to use in the water, then I would consider something else, but this is a great product for general use.

        Best Uses

          Comments about Sunscreen - SPF 50 - 3 oz:

I found this sunscreen to use for my 9 month old twins on the EWG 2012 Sunscreen Report website. This stuff is just superb! The ingredients are great, it has over 20% zinc oxide in it, it's non greasy and it smells very nice. It rubs in well and doesn't leave white streaks everywhere.
